1 Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a yesb11 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with yesb11 or any linked gaming platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, a corporate entity, or any third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

yesb11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

2 Account Opening and Management

Each player is entitled to one active yesb11 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, national ID, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or shared payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. yesb11 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the yesb11 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your yesb11 account. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• yesb11 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• yesb11 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or the account history presents inconsistencies.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

yesb11 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Failure to do so results in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• yesb11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on yesb11 are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• yesb11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at obviously incorrect odds, or placed on an event or game outcome that was incorrectly offered.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round or live betting event, yesb11 will attempt to resolve the round using available game server logs. Where resolution is not possible, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Sports betting odds and markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport. In cases of dispute, yesb11's sports betting rules page contains the governing conditions for each sport.
• All live casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.) as administered by their certified croupiers. yesb11's role is as the platform operator; game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG or live dealing system.
• Any player found to be using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage will have their account suspended and all winnings voided.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yesb11 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others to do so for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or payment information.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing information about hands or strategies in real-time during live game rounds.
• Exploiting software errors, known bugs, or unintended game mechanics to generate profits.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing yesb11 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying code or data without authorisation.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

yesb11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools that can be activated from within your account settings at any time. Players who activate self-exclusion will be blocked from accessing the Platform for the duration they specify. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yesb11 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond yesb11's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages, even if yesb11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits yesb11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the yesb11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and software — is the property of yesb11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from yesb11.

11 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Platform-initiated closure: yesb11 may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction, if we have reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if your account has been inactive for a prolonged period.

14 Amendments to These Terms

yesb11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
